Changing the headlights

I've searched and could not find... that includes google and ebay... I've seen some JDM FC's with non pop up headlights that run flush with the hood and car WHERE DO I GET THOSE!!! I really want them.

they're body kits that basically have a couple slots in the bumper for the headlights to shine through.

if you can, always go through raceonusa ebay. I just saved over 50 dollars on rear quarters through ebay.
