A lot of people have been very pleased with the Rotary Aviation apex seals lately. Just remember to use stock mazda apex seal springs and not the RA springs. Everyone that I have talked to using that combination has been EXTREMELY pleased. Just my .02

stock 2mm 3 piece!!!!!!
carbon alums are for N/A only Race Motors, they wear very fast and are light so good for high RPMs
stock motor parts are good for 8500rpm, stock apex seals if in a built motor can take a bit higher
ceramic is pretty expensive, but better than stock because they are lighter and have minimal wear and tear on the motor as long as they arent detonated.
go with stock apex 2mm 3 piece mazda apex seals
