Centerlines on my FC: OK or ghey?

These wheels: do they work with the lines of the car or just flat out suck? They are really light. My photoshop job is "quick".

i don't really like them, but i think it may just be the lighting and how they look in your photoshop job. do you have a decent pic of just the rims somewhere?

and what kinda of response is "damn." is that supposed to be good or bad :P

Me personally, I absolutely hate them But if you like them , and they are light, do as you wish, it's your car. Whatever makes you happy.

Cool. I hate that picture. The lighting is way off. Here are how the wheels look by themselves:

They will be for autox only unless they actually look better in person on the car. Here is what my planned street wheels are:

GSL-SE wheels...cool. My friend has almost the exact same wheels as those centerlines on his 70 Nova, I personally dont like them at all, but like I said, if you like them who cares....

They are 14x7 and probably a few pounds lighter than the Gsl-Se's, which are 13lbs and 5.5 wide. No one wants them. But we'll see when the auction ends . . .

Oh, and if you need a hatch, PM me. I can get you one for cheap...although I live across the country, but still it may still be cheaper than you can get on even with the shipping costs..

I have the hatch inside, but thanks. I have stripped the car for bodywork and a repaint. I would paint the centerlines black but leave the lip and center cap polished. I've already got the race tires (thank goodness - $$$)

The centerlines make it look like you should be stuffing a V8 under the hood next.

Personally I dont think they fit the car...also I wonder how the brakes would cool. If the car was used mainly for drags I could see using them for fronts if they are light and not too wide.

please keep in mind that function is function- if they work for you on the track, cool. You might even be noticed as "the guy with the funny wheels". but for the street, they are questionable at best!

The wheels though? They don't work dude... sorry. Check out Kong Heliums. They might go well with your car perfect for autox too
