Cat replacement pipe and Bonez cat?
hey guys I got an S5 NA and I think I got a minor exhaust leak between the manifold and the y-pipe. I was thinking about buying the racing beat cat replacement pipe for my car and maybe buying the bonez cat used in conjunction with the headers that rotary performance offers. I was wondering if this would be a direct bolt up, and how this set-up might work out.

RB's downpipes (NA and turbo) and headers are intended to be used with their presilencers, which are longer than the stock main cat (or direct replacements). You'll end up with a 3" gap between downpipe and cat if the bonez cat is the OEM ~17" long.

get the Bönez Superflo System, just bolts on and fits well also sounds really good as well as performs extremely well!

To answer the original question yeah everything's a direct bolt-on. The same is true for all the alternatives suggested. Don't forget the gaskets and don't be surprised if it takes a lot of work to remove the old rusted bolts. A long handle, hammer, vise grips, PB blaster / liquid wrench / WD-40, etc. help.
