Somewhere in this thread you said the fuel pressure was 30 psi and the engine not running. That figure is not right with a jumpered fuel pump check connector with key ON. The figure should be approx 37-39 psi.

That said...a idling RX will see 28 psi at idle (engine vacuum now pulling on the FPR's diaphram pulling the pressure down from 37 psi). Soooooo even though your 30 psi figure is too low for a normal RX, the RX will idle at that figure meaning to me that probably is not your starting problem..........although it needs to be addressed some day to make it right.

If you spin the spare CAS with the lead and trail coils disabled, do you still hear the primary fuel injectors clicking as you spin the CAS? Disable both coil assy by pulling off their small elect plugs. Like the two wire, white plug for the lead coil assy (has one black/yellow wire and the other wires color escapes me right now).

That way you can't mistake the snapping of the sparkplugs for the clicking of the primary fuel injectors.

So lets say that worked out and you heard the primary fuel injectors clicking. That's fine.

Now reconnect the elect plugs to the coil assy so they will now be functional again. Pull one of the LEAD sparkplug wires out of its bore in the LEAD coil assy and just barely lay it at the edge of it's bore in the coil. Now spin the CAS with key ON and watch that lead sparkplug wire laying just at the edge of the lead coils bore. You should see a good spark there as you spin the CAS. Does that happen? Should, proving you have the essentials for spark. I could care less about anything the trail coils/plugs are doing. IF you see the tach make small bumping movements when the engine is being cranked over, that proves the trails are getting spark.......although I could care less about that. Not essential for starting the engine.

Thanks everybody. I figured it out today. I feel like a dumbass though. lol. So I pulled my sparkplugs out to double check that I had spark at the plugs. So I layed the plugs where I could see of there was a spark. And there was. However it looked kinda weak. So I took a closer look at the plugs and noticed the insulaters had a crack in them. And it turns out that they were arcing down by the insulator and weren't making it to the tip. Went and got some new plugs and it fired right up. Have a vacuum leak I need to fix, but at least it runs.

Thanks a lot everyone!
