car wont start!!! need help!!!

Alright guys, I have had this car for two years and have never had a problem with it, until one day on the way home I saw the idiot lights flashing on and off while I was driving, that's weird, so I pulled over and the car shut off...I popped the hood and I notice the alternator belt popped off and the alternator was loose, so I tightened everything back up and now im not getting any power to the car, no lights come on, ignition will not turn, nothing!!!!
Ok so I changed the battery, put in a new main fuse 80amp, checked all the fuses under the dash and they are all fine, im completely stumped!!! Battery terminals are new and all connections are tight..im so confused, please help!!!

With key to on do the wipers and turn signals work? If the headlights pop up and come on then the engine fuse box is getting power via the Black wire, which connects the battery to the fuse box.

Then the loose alternator belt probably caused the Black wire that runs from the battery to the engine fuse box loose so check that it's connected properly and has constant voltage on it as it attaches to the fuse box, no key necessary.

Yeah I know exactly what your saying, I checked both ends of the connection, fuse box to alternator and everything was tight clean and secured, I am going to buy a test light to see if im getting power through the wire at all, ill post up results first thing tomorrow...

The wire I am talking about runs from the "Battery to the fuse box" and not the alternator wire to the fuse box.

Did you connect the battery backwards (even momentarily) when you replaced it?

Nope, trust me the terminals were never crossed, I can't make that mistake baecause my batter is relocated and the power terminal can only reach soo far, its impossible for it to reach the negative terminal on my setup... and yes I doubled checked the black wire from the battery to the fuse box, seems to be fine and secured, definitely will hitt it with the test light tomorrow...

Check for constant battery voltage on that wire and at the connection a foot below the engine fuse box where a Black connector mates two fairly thick gauge Black wires. One side of the connector runs to the engine fuse which should have constant voltage and the other side of the connector runs to the ignition switch and would have no voltage.

Did you check the battery? Make sure it's fully charged.

That's not what I meant by that suggestion.

I just know that it's easy to overlook the simple things when you're chasing down a problem.

Alright guys..good news, I tested the wire to batter to main fuse box and it happens to come loose with a lot of corrosion on the fitting, all it took was a splash of cocacola and a little tightening back up and bam!!! Car was as good as new!!! Thanks guys for your suggestions and knowledge ...every little comment always helps, thanks again
