Car wont start. Bad engine? or ...
Hey guys
I have spark, fuel, compression and a good battery.
Having trouble starting the car. Well this morning I turned on the car to move to my backyard, then i shut her off. (I was stupid to shut her off after 1 minute.)
Now I think she is flooded. So I do the whole unflooded procedure and she just start on her own. Motor is just spinning, no sounds of any compression. I did a compression test and Im only getting 65psi??? Last month I checked it was 110psi. I dont know why they are so low now. A bad case of a severely flooded engine? or a bad engine? bad starter?
Any help would be great
Thanks
Jack

pull your plugs, pull the egi fuses in the engine compt., crank it over for about 5 sec, twice, with the pedal floored; inject a little engine oil (maybe 10cc) in each lower spark plug hole (helps build compression back up), crank it over again;dry your plugs (get new ones if needed), install plugs & fuses, push peddle to floor again, crank her till she starts. works every time for me...assuming she's flooded

If I could go again, I'd say:
Remove plugs, turn over 5-6 times with the fuel pump/spark disabled.
1-2 oz per rotor housing, turning the motor by hand (grab a belt).
New plugs.
Start without touching the gas at all.
