car won't start after switching steering column
Hi guys I need some help here!
I changed my steering column from a non adjustable to an adjustable. Now that everything is back together and the car wont crank I checked all the connection all the connections are pluged. Tested the wire that come out the cylinder where you put the key in and when I turn the key all the way to start only one wire is having continiuos power and by looking at the manual it sais that all four are supposed to have cont.power when you have the key at the start position. I have been working all day trying to get it to start. And now Im running out of options any help or Idea will be appriciated.
Thanks.-

The ignition feed wire is pure black and is in a connector with a white/black wire. Pull that ignition switch connector apart and see if you have battery voltage on the pure black wire. IF not, then go to the engine fuse box and look six inches inboard and below it for a single blade connector and make sure it's connected together and if it has batt voltage on the fuse box side of that single connector.
