Car won't start
I have an 87 rx7 turbo 2. just got the motor rebuilt and my airflow meter flapper doesn't work. got a new air flow meter and it still does the same thing it is get the power but doesn't do any thing.I was thinking the ecu was shocked becuase the prevous owner had an n/a air flow meter. Any sugestions?

I'm not sure I understand this thread.
Just in case: the afm vane/flap is not driven by any motor internal to the afm assy. It only moves aft if the engine is sucking it aft. Like I said, I don't understand this thread.
