Car won't start

Lightbulb Car won't start

I just recently installed the following

720 injectors
greddy fmic
knight sport turbo
rb dp, presilencer
n1 exhaust
walboro fuelpump
split air block plate
koyo rad
removed air pump
new plugs and coils ngk
new belts

my car wont turn over now, what could be the problem?

Ok first few cranks the car starts then dies right away. Then someone told me to adjust the crank angle sensor, so i did, now the car just cranks but won't turn over.
help please

my coilpack wasn't properly grounded thats why it didn't start and my afm wasn't on tight.

Yeah, I took the cover off and marked it to make sure if it moved while putting it back in to readjust it.
