I have an 87 rx7 that simply wont start... I went in reverse to get to a street by my freinds house at about 15mph, stalled the car when starting to go forward so tried push starting(because my starter has been fried for 2 weeks), and it jobs bobs back and forth and comes to a stop....nothing... Im confused... I took my spark plugs out to check for severe flooding but did not see any fuel. So I attached plugs to plug wires and grounded them to the intake manifold... Had my freind push the car and pop the clutch while rolling I didnt see any spark.. Plugs are fouled but have been since I bought the car.. Theres no way it just stopped driving cause of the plug... This is very hard to diagnose because I have not starter any suggestions would help.. Tanx alot, need to get it started...

 

Buy a set of new spark plugs to see if this fixes the problem?
