Car wont idle when cold.

I've got an 87 TII that had a blown engine in it, so I replaced it. Now, it wont idle when cold, however when it warms up it sits at 750 all day long. Could somebody please shed some light on this? Thanks much.

Sometimes I get a misfire, would the two be related?

your thermowax probbaly isn't working. did you run the coolant line through the TB ?

Tb coolant line.

Yeah, I've got the coolant line running through the TB. Guess maybe it's time to replace the UIM with an adaptor plate and an S6 UIM/TB? Thanks much.
