when i turn the car on..it dies unless i hold the peddal for like 1-2 minutes..then i can let it go and it idles at 1700-2000....i checked the bac..and i unplugged it and the car dropped in idle then died..so im assuming that the bac is working correct...please someone help me

 

does your tb have the tb-mod done to it? also may want to check your tps with a voltmeter

 

how would i check to see if it has the tb mod done to it?? and how would i check the tps and voltmeter..and where are they?

I have the EXACT same problem. I've checked the TPS and it bounced arounded 1k ohm's which is what it's supposed to be at correct?? My car runs great once warmed up except the idle is a little skeptical. I heard clogged cats can cause this problem?? Any suggestions?? Thanks.
