Car wont crank

Heres 2 videos of my car. I'm trying to start it but it wont catch. I'm thinking theres no spark/ bad fuel. Its been sitting for a year same fuel. Engines Brand new fresh rebuild.

From: tulsa,ok.
Disconnect the white plug at the leading coil and w/key to "on" check for battery voltage on the Black/Yellow wire.

If you have an LED light then place the positive lead into the plug where the B/Y wire is and the other terminal on the negative battery terminal and the light would turn on if there is voltage on the B/Y wire and again, key to on. And you need a volt meter if you plan on working on this car in the future.

this is a MUST. basic volt meters can be found for cheap, unless you want a digital one. craigslist is also a good place to look.

also for got to add. I'm not 100% I hooked up the vac line in the right spot. And my 02 sensor isnt hooked up. and theres 1 wire that looks like its been cut/ripped out of something, ill take pics of what im talking about

ok update:

Have spark. So its not that. Drained gas going to put new gas in 2morrow and change fuel filter.

Side note its leaking oil from a turbo return bolt, i was told to use a crush washer on it. I hope it works.
