Car will not hold idle or Start without fuel pump off but drives fine???

So Last night as I was coming home I was getting of the freeway and I drop the car in neutral and it just dies on me. I thought maybe the BAC plug or my maf plug had fallen out again or something. So I pull over and check them nothing both connected.

So I try to start the car again, will not start. So I turn off the fuel pump with my switch. And it was really hard to start the car. I had to flutter the gas peddle alot. Then it started I rev it and just drive home and keeping it alive with the gas.

The car it self drives fine. and I can hit boost and go through rpm ranges with no bucking or hesitation. It only can not hold idle, and what seems like constantly flooding out.

So I get home and park the car. I havn't went to check anything out yet. The cars mods are.

- Rtek 1.5
- percision turbo and engine 680cc secondaries
- Manual Boost Controller
- Full Exhaust
- 3in TID
- Blitz DD BOV
- MSD 6A box

I put in the Rtek 1.5 and injectors about two weeks ago, and has been driving and idling fine up until today.

So update. Looked at the car notice that 2 vaccum lines had poped off. One on the front of the intake manifold. and the one from the BAC to the source off the intercooler pipes. So put them back.

Still had to use the fuel cut off switch to start the car. kept the revs up to clear any flooding. Then Let it idled. It would idle on its own but very shitty. It had about 12lbs of vaccum. I used to have 15-16lbs prior to this.

Checked compression the engine and front and rear rotors still give off 3 even bumps. And sprayed all areas with carb cleaner to check for leaks wasn't able to find anything. So took it for a drive.

Would hold only 10lbs of boost. I was hitting 12lbs prior to this. But car does not hesistate or buck. And after boosting the car would no longer idle on its own again.

So Im going to replace a few old hoses first and the couplers on the intercooler.

Im thinking about pulling off the U.I.M again because I didn't use a new gasket on it or silicone it when i took it off to do injectors. and am going to reseal it, and check if any vaccum lines underneath the intake manifold are bad.

But unsure if i should, because i put the injectors in about 3 weeks ago and car has been driving fine and had 15lbs of vaccum up until yesterday.

The loss of vacuum at idle and the lowered maximum boost point to a leak. There must be something else that's been overlooked so far.

Not related, but... do you have a fuel controller that you're running with the rtek 1.5? What about a larger fuel pump? Still stock? I wouldn't be running 12PSI unless you upgraded it too.
