car troubles
hello, im still learning about rotarys, and im not sure whats going on with my car. any help would be greatly appreciated. since i bought the car she was running a little rough, spuddered like it jumped timing, and would sometimes not start after being used. so i took her to get a tune up. now she is running like a charm, however she still doesn't always want to start after use. for instance i drove 4 miles and stopped at a taco bell. came out 5 minutes later and it would crank over and over but wouldn't fire. so i push started it. yesterday i went to the bank and the same thing happened. any ideas??
Warm engine, no start...Leaking injector.
If you come to a no start issue, push the gas pedal down to the floor for a few seconds and let off. If it fires right up, then you have a leaking injector.
Is it an s4 or s5? This only works on s5's.

its an s4 and i had all of the injectors serviced with the tune up. and i haven't tried pushing the pedal down for a bit, ill do that the next time it acts up but seems to be running fine now. also i hear some sort of grinding noise but when i push the clutch in the noise stops?

Your grinding is most likely our throw out bearing telling you it is on it's way out.
Warm start symptom could be a bad thermo-sensor at the back of the waterpump...That or you are just not letting the car warm up enough to drive it.
