Car stutters through mid-range (87 T2)

My car stutters through mid-range revs, I have replaced the TPS and it didn't fix the problem.

I believe my turbo seizes sometimes, could this be the cause of the problem?

Please help! I desperately want my car to run right.

A little more info:

my car is a stock 1987 Turbo II with 149k kms (less than 100k miles).

The stuttering is prevalent when my boost gauge shows no boost, when there is boost there isn't so much of a problem. That is, when my turbo is seized the problem is much worse.

Geezuschrist dude, you ever heard of patience?
42 minutes between post #1 and post #2.
1 hour and 42 minutes between post #2 and post #3.

Can you confirm your T1 and T2 spark plug wires are in the right positions???
