Angry car still wont start!!!!!

i dont know what the hell is wrong with my 7 i bought it about 2 months ago and it wasnt running at the time so i took it home and found there was no spark. after that i replaced both coil/igniter's the ecu and still nothing when i turn the key on a wierd buzzing noise comes from under the hood i cant pinpoint it but its down below the intake i also found a little box that sits below the air filter is getting quite warm i have know idea what this thing is but it sure doesnt look like a relay. one more thing is theres a larger looking box directly under the steering column inside the car that constantly clicks when the key is on...
can anyone help me!!??

If you have battery power it sounds like a short somewhere in the electrical system.
