Car starting problems

Ive got an s5 TII, and the car will only start if I pour a little gasoline down the throttle body before starting, or if we take off the air filter and someone pushes in the AFM plunger while I crank the car. I reset the TPS (it was at 2.5v) and tried jumpering the fuel bypass in the engine bay. The car runs fine once started except that it wont Idle right now. I just need to mess with the set screw since I lowered the TPS pretty significantly. Anyways, anyone know what is up with my starting issues?

Interesting, I would reccomend checking your fuel pressure, first with the pump on (key in 'on' position, make sure the pump primes the system correctly) and then with the car running.
