Meaning, us people that use english to talk to each other have no clue what you are talking about. You used zero punctuation and as far as I know, you have a subaru, a slow throttle response mod, and you got your fuel pump from a cigarette maker. O.o
Stop, take a second to think about your problem, and type it in again.
Also use this if you have to.

Is you timing set right?
Having the timing off enough will cause a slow throttle response, and make it run somewhat crappy.
Search for "timing", theres a pretty good recent thread about setting it.
If its a used motor that you dropped in and its only running on 1 rotor, it could mean A) You got fucked and one of the rotors is dead, or B) the seals are stuck from sitting/carbon.
There are plenty of different tricks to free seals that are stuck, but regardless, do a compression check (Shoulda been done BEFORE you paid for it!)

Whatever that means....
A few days ago I was working on a TII that was running on 1 rotor, a defective fcd was the cause as plugging the pressure sensor in normally fixed the problem.
There could still be other problems that would make you engine run on 1 rotor, despite what Shainiac would have you believe. Running a N374 ECU for instance would cause it. Or perhaps a no-spark issue is at fault, bad wiring harness maybe?
A compression check is a great place to start but if the engine has compression then what?
