What you can see is water, which is perfecly normal and will disappear when the exhasut gets hot enough. It might smell like fuel, but that's because the exhaust gas has unburnt fuel in it. Again this is normal as rotary's like a slightly rich idle. None of this means your car is running too rich at any other time.

its called condensation.... when the exhaust is cool and you start up the car, the exhaust gas heats the air quickly heating the metal thus creating water

Yes it's condensation, but the rest is wrong...

Water is a normal product of combustion. When it leaves the engine it's hot enough to be in steam form. When the exhaust system is cold the water condenses into a visable vapour, and that's what you see coming out the exhaust pipe of any recently started car. When it's cold enough the vapour condenses into liquid and you see water droplets as well. Once the exhaust system has been heated up the water stays in steam form and thus remains invisible.
