car ran great yesterday, today no power...period

I went outside to start me car to go to work and nothing. i don't know if i heard something like a power surge when i put in the key, but there is no power period. nothing from the battery at all. I don't know whats up. no lights, no beeping, nada.

all electronics are stock except for a relay to the fuel pump. all fuses in engine bay are good to go. i didn't have time to check into cabin fuses.

i don't know why there would be absolutely no power; the lights wont even come on.

I have never had this problem before and it baffles me because i drive the car everyday and everything works so well.

any ideas?

check battery connections, and put a charger or jumper cables on the battery and see if that brings life back into it.
