Well i changed my transmission since it was nolonger useable. I Put an 86 ne tranny into my 88 vert. Now whenever i come off the gad it shuts off. Anyone know what was done wrong?

 

so you're saying the car won't idle after you put in a new tranny?

probably a vac line....tps may need to be readjusted...

 

Well its not a new tranny, came off my 86 gxl......but my GXL had an idle problem too but it was no where near as bad as my verts, i mean as soona s i come off the gas it shuts completely off. Last time it was doing this was when i took the hose to the intake off
