the lights and electricity are working but the fuel pump doesnt seem to be turning on. Depressured the fuel when i was working on the manifold but reconnected it... Just wondering if it makes a difference if i connected the negative first and then fuel pump wires? But yea i have no idea what is wrong. PLease help asap ><
Did you check your EGI fuse? you could have shorted the fuel pump connector while working with the battery connected. I just re-read
and the fact that it has no fuel or spark all of the sudden makes me think you blew the main fuse. Check all under hood fuses.

the thing is like ive never touched any electric parts other than those on the starter and tranny, and also the manifold. However i've already connected all connections that i disconnected so what i dont understand is why these things arent working....
No fuel and no spark equal a ENGINE fuse being blown. It's in the interior fuse box. Swap the one there with another.
ENGINE fuse pulls in the MAIN RELAY and supplys power to the circuit opening relay and fuel pump. No MAIN RELAY being pulled in means no power to the ECU. ECU produces Spark.
ENGINE fuse is bad.
