Angry car looses power past 4500 rpms

when i first start the car after its been sitting for a while it seems to loose power past 4500 rpms. it goes away after a while. i have changed the fuel filter, air filter, and spark plugs, but i just seems to be getting worse. what could it be?

Have you tried checking the O2 Sensor. My car seemed to be lacking power all week. I think I have solved the problem and it was the wiring of the O2 Sensor. It had a short in it. Not saying thats your problem but couldn't hurt to check. hope that helps

its a new o2 sensor and the wire seems ok

this problem only happens when the car is cold, once it heats up it is better

You're NOT supposed to be revving the engine when it's cold!

it not when im revving its when im driving, or is that what u ment?
