Still trying to work out all the problems on my 7 now that it is running. It has smooth acceleration up to 5000 rpm and then has like a hiccup. It only does it if I'm accelerating quickly. Could it be leaning out to much? Again the car has most of the emmissions removed except fo BAC. Just got done porting the wastegate. Has set of 720cc injectors and rtec1.8. Just ordered a walbro 255 fuel pump for it and boost gauge is on its way. Do have an exhaust leak right were the pipe bolts into turbo. I still need to get a new gasket for it. It did start to overheat too, I still need to put the shroud back in so that is probably why it was overheating. On tuesday I will do a compression check. It has been about two years since I last did but it has just been sitting and I would start it regularly.

 

Fix all of your current issues and report back.

Do you have the factory under tray?... If not, seriously consider buying one.
