Car hesitates at 2100RPM on the dot Turbo II
I re ran some ground wires yestorday and now i went to drive the car the idle is much lower now then beffore now when i go to drive the car it hesitates at 2100RPM on the dot its jsut as about the cluster boost gauge is about to kick in. Does this on a N327 ECU and the N332 ECU? anyway to fix this anyone ahd the same problem as this? I have a street port motor with a 3" racing beat exhaust K&N Filter Boost Controller. Coudl this be a timing issue?

ok:
"Idles lower than before"......how high did it idle before? and now?
"re-ran some grounding wires".....did you just make a giant grounding maze or what? did you clean up exisiting grounds? explain this a bit more
and describe the hesitation...a split-second brickwall, a little burp during the climb in RPM...does it feel like its lacking fuel when it hesitates? need more info.......

it feels like its laking fuel (i hear poping noises fromt he engine as it was starving for gas) when it hesitates i ran a maze of wires and cleaned up old ground wires with wire cleaner and brush.

RPM's droped about 400 i raised them up with the screw on the side of the throttle body. Could there be a short in the system somwhere? Or timing issue? i just redid the timing about 4 times and still the same problem

alright i jsut pulled out all my ground wires i ran i took the ground for the boost sensor off the boost sensor is reading 1.4V on Plug 2B on the ECU. Now my Add Collant light is back on. The car runs much better now it boosts but int he higher rpm range it seems to be studdereing starving for fuel.

FCD? <-- you may need one if you already do not have it. How many lbs boost are you running? Stock levels? With the racing beat the turbo will spin more freely causing fuel cut.
Right now my t2 hesitates somewhere in that range. I know for sure it is a boost leak. From what I understand, the turbo is spinning up, and the ecu dumps fuel into the engine, where since boost is leaking out it causes a hesitation until the turbo catches up to the leaking of air. I know its hell on the turbo. When I get it fixed, due to the hollowed out cats, it will hit fuel cut. On your car, at higher does it intermittantly pull, and then hesitate?
Edit: If it is starved for fuel, then I'd be checking voltage at the fuel pump, not the boost sensor.

List more mods. Do you have any fuel control? SAFC, bigger injectors, fuel pump, FCD, etc?
If you do not have all these things, then you need to get them - ALL of them. Especially with a street ported motor, you would be running EXTREMELY lean right now. People run extremely lean with just 3" intake and exhaust..now with you're street port you are running even worse.
Is you're wastegate ported? Boost controller's can only be used to raise the boost, not lower it..The wastegate can only flow so much.

I have a FCD i have a rewired Fuel Pump i just have to take it out and check what kind it is. I have 550CC Venom injectors. Also i have a racing beat 3" straight tru no cats exhaust. Turbo only boost ups to 5PSI so im figuring its shot i have a Profec B Spec II Controller on it cant get anymore boost out of it. The wastegate flapper jsut pops open.
