car has no power? wont start

ok so I just picked up a 89 covertable. The car has a good bat- and all good fuse's. But the car wont start. Head lights work as well as the dome light. No dash lights or anything else. You guys got any ideas? It also has a alpine alarm and it dont even work.

ok I got the dash lights to work. Ive also pulled the alarm hopen that would do it. As far as I can tell theres just no power to the key. No beeps or engine lights come on. The fuel pump dosnt even work.

If all your fuses are good under the hood, check them on the inside (Especially the meter and engine fuse). If that doesn't get it, try pulling off the cover around the steering column and check the back side of the key cylinder to see if the screw backed out (Alot of key cylinders have that screw back out which causes everything to get fucked up). If thats ok, and the key is getting power (you can check it there), try to swap the CPU on the drivers kick panel with a known good one. Its weird how many circuts run through the CPU that can **** up your world. If that doesn't get it.................BlackPlague is right, you're kinda fucked.
