Question car/girlfriend-? Drunken solder manufacturer?

Title correct, priorities clear, always new girls, love my car!! 2nd- how much sake did the soldering guy consume daily for his **** poor job on my car? Encountering some electrical issues, and after removing several switches, windows, vert top, door locks, etc-- almost called girl back. 1990 FC3C vert,na, anyone else with similiar wiring issues? What's next? Fingers in the oil pan!

obvously you have never had a older car.

Cold solder joints are common on most older cars (in fact one of my biggest customers is a Lexus dealer where I get all sorts of climate controls and gauges with cold solder joints- but I get work from Porsche and other makes as well).

And I am not sure what you are saying about girl friends and drunks.

Perhaps you were drunk when posting... which would explain your thread???

In response, trying to make levity of current personal and local issues, but questioning if cold joints were a problem for specific car, and or switches? And I love my car, not drunk yet, and still looking for my future ex-wife. Lighten up folks, just trying to smile going thru my current car problems. And come to California, there finding fingers in food restaurants here. That was oil pan joke.

Go figure...
Blame the U.S. educational system for passing students who obviously don't meet minimum standards.
This should be in the Lounge...

Watch what you say to IceMark, noob, he's awesome, and knows what he's talking about. Maybe if what you typed was understandable, we'd know what you were talking about.

That being said, it's cold solders, maybe a corroded switch or two, depending on vehicle condition.

If we could clone IceMark we'd have someone to answer 99.99% of all the questions in 2nd Gen Specific.

Mombodogs needs to open a window when he's using glue like that.

If we could clone Icemark, I'd buy one, and use him all the time... Can he cook and clean too? But oh well, that's more for the lounge.

But again, n00bs everywhere, Icemark is here to help you, if you insult him, or I think you do, I swear it, I'll find you, and when I do... you'll receive a very stern talking to.

People seem to forget that the FC is Japan's answer to British sports cars, and that the solder and switches were provided by Lucas. jk

One more try. I removed several switches on my car, to determine why they were possibly not working. I found that cold solders were of great abundance on the ones I removed. I was asking if this "problem" was common with other members. I understand how smart ICE, RETed, and others are here, thats why I try not to write a novel on my problems I locate. If you wish for me to do that I will, just thought it wasn't necessary. My girlfriend said, her or the car, I got rid of her. I wouldn't post at all, if I had 1 / 100th of the knowledge of you people. Just trying to make lite of frustrating things happening with me.
