CAR finally starts...!! HELP converting low independence plugs to high independence..

Hey guys the mechanic finally got it to start...

(It was the engine wiring harness but...)

But he only had a low independence wiring harness available and the stock one i had was high independence which is the one with the red color plugs... anyways he put a resistor so it wouldnt fry anything... however i told him if he could put the high independence plugs or somehow since I had rebuild all 4 injectors and he had put 4 injectors which were old and crappy... anyways is this possible? WHAT ARE BAD THINGS THAT COULD HAPPEN FROM THIS?

Dude, what the hell are you talking about? A bit of background info might be helpful. What car, what engine, what went wrong, what was done to fix it, what exactly are you asking?

Independence? Do you mean impedence? LIke im not an electrical expert here....and don't be surprised if i'm wrong...but i dont think u mean independence.

If he used a high impedance wiring harness, then yes he needed to wire in some resistors since you no lnger have a resistoe pack on the new harness....

I am not sure what you are saying about the old crappy injectors. as long as the injectors are low impedance then you need the resistors, if you change to high impedance injectors then you need to take the resistors out of the equation.
