Car feels slow when warmed...

The car feels alittle slow when it is warmed up. Is this normal? Besides my hot-start problems (leaking fuel injectors, I'm 95% sure), is this a symptom of something major? Given enough time to warm up after about 5mins, the torque really pushes you in the seat. But after 20 mins of driving, I don't really feel it. Is this b/c of heatsoak on the TMIC?

Compression FR: ~100psi, RR ~110psi.
Mods- Stock turbo, Stock TMIC, 720secondaries, FP, SAFC tuned at 10psi.

Thanks,

David
