I have quite an akward problem, my car doesnt start everytime i turn the key. Sometimes it can take like 2 minutes of pressing the clutch, cranking and then repeating.... When it fails it doesnt even make a sound or crank it just does nothing. Then all of a sudden after a while of trying it will start cranking and start up rite away. I really dont get it... i press the clutch petal all the way through the floor for god sakes.

any help would be apreciated.

Have the starter checked out yet? Maybe your neutral safety switch (I think that's what it's called)?

 

Hmm would it help if i tryed starting it in gear maybe?

 

Mine did the same thing- traced it to a short in the harness, but it took me several months to find it... :thumbsdown:
