car died again

car died again

i need some help with my rx7. I put a new alternator in my car about a month ago and also a new battery about 2 weeks ago and i tried to jump my car today and it started and then died and now the battery is dead again...i need to know what is happening...anyone please make suggestions or ask questions...any help at all would be appreciated...gerry

Maybe a bad ground on the battery. Did you drive it around and then came back and had to jump it? If so, maybe the alt is to blame.

That's just like my car man. I got a new alt a month ago, battery dies a week ago, got a new one, dies again. I think there's a short somewhere or a bad ground like 87turbo2 said.
