car cranks but drains battery really quick
car cranks but drains battery really quick
hey folks I got a 91 n/a FC with a problem.
it seems to crank over and not start but as i crank the car is cranks slower and slower until it won't crank at all. its not the starter if pulled it and had it tested many times. I replaced the ign switch since it wouldn't let me get the car , cranking over. I putting in a brand new battery with 12.75 volts. ( i tested it with my voltage meter).
With the key in the ignition and in the ON position. I check the battery again at 12.50 volts. but the gauge says its a little over 12 volts? and I start cranking it, its okay I stop since I don't want to flood it. but i try again and its slower and gets slower and slower. anyone have any idea?
