Car can't start... any ideas?

Well, the car's at rx7store. I started her up in the morning... she ran for like 5 seconds and died... I tried to restart but it didn't work, so I tought the engine might be flooded... I pulled out EGI fuse and tried the easy three step method and it didn't work. I didn't have tools to pull out spark plugs and since I had AAA membership, I towed her to rx7store for them to take care of it. They took a look at it, checked the compression, the compression was good so they thought it might be the injectors. They changed the injectors... no go... then they said it might be the coil pack... that was not it... now they're gonna reset and retune the ECU(I have microtech)... They say there is no power going through the coilpack. Damn this sucks... I'm stuck here in my dorm room and can't go home... the car's been in the shop for over a week. So anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

How new are your spark plugs?
i was having a problem where the car would get flooded and i'd have to pull the EGI inj fuse to get it to start, but i just got new sparks and wires and haven't had the problem since. I noticed when i pulled one of the leading plugs out, it smelled like gas around the seal, but the others didnt.
not sure if this helps, or if this is whats happening with your car, but i hope you can get it fixed.
good luck

When my car had trouble starting I first changed the spark plugs and that did the trick.

Well about a week later it didn't start again, I thought it might be flooded and pulled the EGI fuse and stuff to no avail.

Well, long story short, it turned out to be the Crank Angle Sensor, so you might wanna let rx7store to take a gander at that.

Hope she starts up soon.

Just talk to rx7 store about crank angle sensor... they said the problem is the car is dumping too much fuel at idle and they already checked that. ARRRGGGGG... this is annoying.... oh well. Any more help appreciated and needed!
