cant rev above 4k!
hello,
my friend is having some problems with his car. he has a TII and for some reason he can not rev above 4k. he has checked spar, fule, and for vacume leaks.
what can be his problem?

i left mine unplugged on my turboII one time and the rev's would bounce off of 4k rpms like it was a rev limiter.
