cant get the intake manifold off! WTF... help
so you know that little warning that says that if your pulsation dampener is leaking change it ASAP or you engine WILL catch on fire. Yepp, happend 2 days after i noticed it was leaking.
any ways i cant get the damn intake manifold off to put the new dampener on. iv trid a pry bar, mallet, cut the seal with a razor knife. even double checked to make sure it was completely unbolted.
if anybody can help please let me know.

well obviously your forgot something or it would lift right off. try a small and mirror and a flashlight to look underneath and make sure you didnt forget to unhook anything...like the coolant hose that goes from the manifold to the block. You WILL BREAK SOMETHING if you're using a pry bar or mallet to get the manifold off...take your time and start looking and feeling around.
Have you pulled all of the vacuum lines off? Have you checked the coolant hose that goes to the intake manifold from the engine? Check the FSM/Hayne's Manual to see everything that needs to be taken off and check your work.
Are you talking about the upper or lower? The upper I noticed that after you take off the dynamic chamber, there is a long bolt by the primary injectors that holds it down. There is only 1 bolt and its right on top. It took me awhile to figure out that that bolt was there, which kept me from taking the intake manifold off.
As mentioned, use a mirror, you probably forgot a bolt on the bottom.
Other than that, I LOVE to use my air chisel for stuff like this. Touch it anywhere on the manifold and give it one quick BRAP and off it pops just from the vibrations. Works great on throttle bodies, manifolds, exhaust manifolds, 6 port actuators...etc...

Thats nothing a bigger hammer couldn't fix!
I would double check the upper to lower intake manifold bolts first, nothing else will really keep the manifoold from moving. Everything else will keep you from getting it off entirely but you should still be able to easily wiggle it around.
When you do get it off toss that pulsation damper in the garbage where it belngs and replace it with a banjo bolt.

if this is for NA cars there are supporting brackets on the the plenum side of the UIM. its been a while but i remember 2 bolts in the alternator side of the plenum and 2 also near the AWS solenoid
