FYI original poster...........my virtual stk TurboII's don't build or make boost reving in the driveway. I like most, have to actually drive the car on the open hwy and stomp on the pedal to get boost.

I have has problems with boost in the past. Once it was a fully clogged exhaust causing it. The other time it was the outer set of secondary throttle plates staying closed all the time (jammed closed).
