So long as it's tuned up, you have the airpump connected to the catalytic converter, and the exhaust isn't clogged she'll pass with flying colors.

Maybe they feared genetic damage from the numerous return trips you would be making if you failed so they let you go?

When i took my emmissions test a few weeks ago, the lady wrote down my milege wrong, it said i had 168,xxx intead of 68,xxx, it sucks cuase now i need to show proof that it is 68,xxx they fucked my over
