Question Can you swap a 1987 NA RX7 engine for a 3rd gen RX7 turbo engine?

I just got an 1987 RX7 and I'd like to beef up my car... So I'm wondering if you coud stick a 3rd gen engine into my 1987 Rex. And if I can, what kind of parts and mods will I need and how much would it cost? Or would the best option be to swap the stock engine for a 2nd gen T2? Advice needed...

Well basically you'll need to modify the motors mounts and make adapters because the mount brakets on both engines are in different locations.
YOu'll need the wiring harness and all the sensors to operate the engine from the 93.
Well is not a plug and play situation there is more to that than what I stated.

It is easier to just swap out the engine with a TII and go with custom ecu like haltech.

Is all about time and effort, and money, If you have all 3, you can do it.
