Left to right: Good, not good, good. What you are looking for is a nice brown or tan color on the center insulator (see red area on attached drawing). As you can see in your photo, the left and right plugs have such a color. The plug in the middle seems to be very black with unburned fuel and/or oil deposits. Either you are pumping excess oil into that housing, the air-fuel mixture is very rich or the spark is very weak on that plug resulting in the deposit of unburned fuel-oil accumulating on the center insulators. What does the 4th plug look like?
