Can Tokiko Blues handle RSR Race Springs?

Just as the title says, do you think they could handle the RSR Race Springs? The Race Springs have a 1.2"F and 2.0"R drop, and they have springrates of: 335lbs (6kg) front and 224lbs. (4kg) rear. I'm not sure if a (fresh) set of Tokiko HPs can handle springs this stiff, can anyone give me a good answer?
