haha. so... i want a TII swap into an NA s5. I went to find part numbers for the engine, the only problem is i lack of the actual engine. I want to build it from scratch like starting with a new block. does mazda even sell the blocks new? i figure i'm going to get the block, then buy upgraded housings and internals. or should i scrap this idea, and just buy a TII engine complete in a mashed TII body? and just replace parts. I really want a new block, i don't want to fix any cracks or chance of getting a block with any.
thanks guys

no hand holding in the second gen section. That's for the homos in the lounge!
seriously you can try to buy what you need from Japanese RX-7 Magazines. I know knighsports has some housings and irons, as does RE-Amemiya, you can try Pineapple racing, mazdatrix, etc., etc. You know, the places you can find using the search feature on this forum!

i think i'm retarded cause when i use the search for the forums, it really sucks *** in results. but you think i can build an engine from mazda? i'm kind of confused with the engine, the housing is part of the block right? then there's the block ? and it attches like tetris pieces lol. like block/housing/block/housing/block righT? lol
To save a lot of money, I recommend you buy a good J-Spec engine with good compression and start from there. Take it apart and rebuild it. Hell, buy 2 to make one and it'll still be cheaper than starting from scratch.
