Also the AFM needs to be plugged in and functioning properly for the fuel pump to work. As mentioned, you need to slow down and think this through. There can't be anything wrong with your car that someone else hasn't already experienced, so slow down and take your time to figure your problem out the right way.

As been stated stop and post your issue befor splicing stuff up.
The only time you need to fool with the main relay is if it is not function to replace it. It will click on when the car is tuned to ON.
If it is and you lose power check the 10ga black wire with black quick connector under the fuse panel in hood is still connected, if all fuses are good.
Here is a pick just to point out the unit nothing more.

Ok here's the thing, as you all know 86-88 rx7's are different from 89-91 rx7's, when I ordered my motor from Japan, I got 89-91 motor, and of course it has lots of differences, such as injector plugs etc..., so I got the 89 N/A harness, but when I went to wire up the plug that goes on the body I ran into lots of probles such as the main relay going to the ECU, and fuel relay, and the crank angle sensor.
So what I decided to do is use my original 86 N/A harness, change the plugs for the injectors, and change the plugs for my turbo ecu, But there's still a problem about how I'm going to have the main, opening circuit, and fuel relays go into the ECU.
I looked at the wiring diagrams for 86 rx7 and I couldn't find the fuel relay. Also the crank angle sensor unlike on 89-91 models doesn't run through the engine harness, it goes through the secondary harness, which connects to the battery, alternator, coils, instrument panel, etc...
Now if someone folowed what I just said, can you please send me your input on my situation, Thanks!!!

The CAS hook up you are refering to is part of JDM vs USDM and not S4 to S5. This means your ECU must match what CAS plug you are using.
Pic has the pinout for you. You can mix match as needed as some have or you can use a S4 ECU for a USDM TII with your USDM harness and run the new leads as needed. Ditch the second TPS and so on.
Your injectors you have are high imp. But is your harness setup for high imp? You need to jumper the resistor pack to suport high imp if it is setup for a < jun1987 harness.
