can someone help me?

Hey guys i know i have posted here alot about my hesiation , My 88 GXL S4 has had alot of hesitation problems , and ive fixed most of them , I regrouned my ECU and Checked my injectors , my last problem was that my TPS plug was corroded and wasnt working at all , now that that has been fixed i have a bit of hesitation at around 5000-7000 rpm it doesnt happen at 3800 anymore , i havent adjusted my tps because i cant find the screw and im thinking that this could be my problem , is this possible , when i checked it , it was at .6 not at 1 like spec says it should be , could someone post a pic of the screw to adjust or is it probably just another problem?

Download a copy of the factory service manual for you car from one of the links in the 2nd gen FAQ. Look up Auxilliary Port Valve in the Fuel and Emmission Control Systems section and run through the tests described there. I think the APVs cut in around 6K. Other than that, check out the various troubleshooting matrices in the manual for other ideas.

Do the TPS readings check out? (Yes you'll have to look in the FSM)

That won't do squat for a hesitation problem.

Have you replaced the spark plugs and leads?

fredster102 Your multiple bumps have been deleted. Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen section. Do not bump again!

The TPS screw must have fallen out for you to not have seen it. That's the only possibility for you to not take note of the TPS screw.
