can somebody with a s5 turbo 2 unplug there bac and start the car and see if it idles

I have done it (with an IC bybass pipe installed)
to get the hard idle stops set right.
Once I got the idle stop set, I had to reset the TPS.

im talking about unplugging the plug that plugs into the bac and just leaving it unplugged, will the car still idle?

It should idle, but if compression is low and some extra load comes on, it may stall..
You have two manual adjustments:
The air bleed screw on the BAC.
The throttle shaft hard stop screw & jam nut.

'89 TII-Been there,done that. It will idle if everything else is up to par, but lower than normal.

Mine ildes without the BAC & ACV, (I removed both at the same time), don't know during cold weather though.
