Idle Problem Help
Hey i just put a used engine in FC and when i start it the idle fluctates from 1500 to 2000 any one know what the problem could bee..

also any idewas why the oil pressure and engine heat guage wouldent wrk

Engine heat gauge???

Oil pressure could be the sender wire not being connected...

Need to check real good for vac leaks, then perform a TPS adjustment if no dice...

YOur crazy idle is most likely the TPS.
