Can a rebuilt engine handle another rebuild?

My engine was rebuilt by the last owner, so I'm just wondering if I was to rebuild it again or street port it would it work? Or can an engine only handle one rebuild?

depends entirely on how each individual part is. You must dissasemble clean and inspect (involves measuring to see if parts are within tolerence) each individual part, most parts will likely be fine some parts will need to be replaced.

typically unless a motor is blown, the "hard" parts are still okay. The housings, rotors, and e-shaft should be okay, but make sure to spec them out if you do decide to rebuild.
