Yes, don't see why it wouldn't.... I know a S5 will fit a S4.. so don't think it matters if its a vert or not.

I did this with my car. I have an S4 'vert and put an S5 exhaust on it. The only problem I came across was the big fat brace that the 'verts have. The downpipe just hit it, so I had to get 2 inches or so taken off the height of the downpipe. The rest fits fine.

This was however, a custom made exhaust, so the Apexi exhaust may have a better downpipe design. The downpipe I have seems a bit average.

Haha I didn't read it properly... I just assumed it was S5 turbo to S4 vert turbo.

You'll find that a turbo exhaust comes off the turbo, whereas a N/A exhaust comes straight out of the engine... So no it won't fit, not without a fair bit of modification anyway!

Main cat and back no problem. They should be the same, or at least in the same configuration.

Yep Any Cat-back will fit any model/series. The main cats are also the same length. The only difference is infront of that.
