Still need help!!!!!

Is there anything else i can check that would cause hesitation and or cutting out and stuff during boost???

has anyone ever put though into making their own TPS, it basically a potentiometer is it not?

You know the original vacuum hose for the boost sensor had an orifice in it. Some call it a pill. It's a obstruction with a small hole in the middle. It's to dampen any spikes in the vacuum reading by the boost sensor. Some boost sensors seem to be really sensitive (my 87 was like that but another 87 isn't).

If I were you I'd buy a FCD since your going to need one in the near future anyway if you keep improving the exaust/intake.

If reading pin 2B on a series four (it's a brown wire with red stripe BrR) you put the meters negative lead on a good gnd like one of the studs that holds the ECU in place and the other lead you back probe the pin 2B to get a reading.

If you have a meter that captures the HIGHEST/LOWEST reading life is simpler. If not, then you have to just watch the meter readout as best you can while driving under boost. Sometimes its a little difficult reading those two digits on the right side of the 3vdc when they're moving real fast.

fok yea, I noticed some gunk in my line, I tried to poke it out but not succesfull. I installed new vac line and it ran like ****....wtf...

thanx for clearing **** out.
